The departmental office is closed all summer from June 9, and will open again on August 22. If you need help with anything or want to pick up an exam, please make an appointment by sending us an email at info@lingfil.uu.se.
We will still answer emails, but the return time may be longer than usual.
If you urgently require a transcript and lack the resources to print it out yourself from Studentportalen you are welcome to contact the university Student Services.

Welcome to the Linguistics and Philology Departmental Office!
Here you can pick up transcripts and written exams, as well as get som basic counceling about studies at this department. We also sell some course literature.

You can visit or call us during office hours, and email us at any time.
If you are an exchange student, you should instead contact our Erasmus coordinator, Johan Heldt, for help with counseling or transcripts.
Picking up written exams
If you want your the option to have your written exam reassessed for grading (according to the guidelines on student working conditions) you need to ask for a copy of your exam. The department office will keep the original exam until the matter is resolved, to ensure the exam isn't tampered with.
